This is hand made in Japan. This is really light 1.7 once weight, balanced, super accurate casting fly rod. Very high quality hand made in Japan.

The cork on this is the highest quality ive seen on a fishing rod and is a small diameter that fits really well in the hand and plenty of it to move your hand up and down were its comfortable for different leverage. Also it doesnt have a bunch of filler in it. Its full circle cork wells not pieces glued together. The rod is a really good looking wound carbon fiber.

Reminds me of the Shimano X spiral wound carbon tenkara rods. Guaranteed hand made in Japan.

Comes with what you see in the pictures. Tenkara rod and rod sock. This is unused brand new. This is the nicest Tenkara rod ive ever seen and ive owned and seen some pretty nice ones including a Shimano spiral X 33 and some Japan made NISSIN rods among some other USA company and china ones.

The Tenkara rod is a amazing 1.7 ounces or 50 grams in weight. Also has Grade AA Super Cork and plenty of it for leverage. If you google TORAY Japanese Carbon Fiber you can read how high quality it is. Gujyo TENKARA 33 Super accurate casting 100% pure Japanease made.

As this is a hand-made production system in Japan, stock is limited. This is a basic tenkara rod that is easy to handle and has what is known as "Gujo action" on the body. It is made of carbon thread wrapped around the body of the rod from the #2 to the main rod to minimize body shake, so that you can accurately hit a hair hook with pinpoint accuracy.

Tenkara line should be the same length as the rod, and a two-foot tippet will bring out the best performance of this rod. Rod looks like its translucent (see through) especially when the light shines on it, but its not. When the light hits the rod its really cool looking all the colors and im sure it has UV protection as most the things do now days. Craftsmanship is outstanding and amazing on this rod.

Product introduction a mountain stream rod, a super mini type with a closing size of 30 cm. Developed as a spare rod that fits in a mountain stream angler's backpack and does not add bulk. Because it is short, it is possible to fish for butterflies at the headwaters. Lineup up to 5.4M so that it can be used not only for headwaters but also for easy management fishing spots.

The short rod can also be used for fishing small items such as tanago and small carp. PICTURES DONT DO THIS ROD JUSTICE. YOU JUST CANT SEE HOW GOOD LOOKING THIS ROD IS THROUGH THEM. Most rods made during the depression. Had the quality cut back like cheaper ferrules, no agate guides, less guides on each piece. This has Silver Machined ferrules, Agate stripping guide and look at all those line guides. When you look for quality in vintage rod you look for more guides added on the mid section & tips.

Nickel silver & Agate is a plus. Some of them are factory mint condition.

I dont own any made after 1950. Most are from the 1930s some early and some later. I go the extra mile and I package them well and have never had but a few minor problems in all the years. I've had some really greatful, happy customers over the years.
