Rare Vintage Halstead Bamboo Fly Rod, 8' 3 Pc. Up-locking reel seat, walnut spacer, beautiful brown silk wraps, Marked Halstead on the screw locking band of the reelseat. A very nice restoration by Orvis where Halstead worked briefly after WW II. The rod has never been fished since the restoration. One tip is one inch down.
